Managed to meet the March deadline of the #CAHRA2025 #CompHet #CryoEM challenge and submit something!
I only had time to do a very quick pass, but am very much looking forward to some feedback because it is an interesting dataset with several challenging aspects.
My first impression is that the heterogeneity isn't going to be the biggest challenge. I'm already pulling my hair over symmetry and anisotropy. 🙃
