In Cali at the Biodiversity COP #CBDCOP16 I had an intensive conversation with Colombias Foreign Minister Luis Gilberto Murillo on the the relevance of debt swaps for nature to unblock financing for biodiversity. We are working together on a first dept for nature swap between Germany and Colombia.
