IMO, Ord. 72051 should be repealed.

Today’s #CEDBstl meeting should have been abandoned & rescheduled.
The link & Zoom ID in the meeting packet & on the web calendar was invalid.
The web calendar notice was updated by SLDC with the correct Zoom link at 3:17 p.m., following requests by two members of the public.

The St. Louis Development Corporation kicks off the year at 3 p.m. today when the Clean Energy Development Board meets via Zoom. IIRC, all 3 board members are required for a quorum.
Midas Hospitality needs board approval in order to close on a PACE loan.

3:20 p.m. The #CEDBstl meeting did not convene due to lack of quorum. All 3 board members are required for quorum. 2 seats are vacant.
A #PACEstl administrator stated that the closing for an unnamed project requiring board approval has been pushed back to January. I presume she meant Midas hotel.

The sole agenda item was: “The committee will discuss the Mayoral appointment of Mr. Otis Williams to the Clean Energy Development Board”
Williams is the interim Pres/CEO of SLDC, which staffs the #CEDBstl
The CEDB meets on Dec 12th.
Also cancelled: today’s Clean Energy Development Board meeting. The August quarterly #CEDBstl meeting was also cancelled.
SLDC claims the board has no new business. I suspect the agency doesn’t want #PACEstl loan delinquencies discussed in public.🧐

If the delinquency reports shared yesterday and at the Feb. #CEDBstl are accurate, there have been no payments received from delinquent developers from 1/29 to 5/1.
