Here's my two cents on the whole CGNAT matter, as someone who's current ISP employs the damn thing.

CGNAT is the worst solution for addressing the IPv4 problem! You are unable to port forward, latency might not be best for some programs and god forbid somebody did something to get that IP blocked. ISPs should be forced to clarify that they use CGNAT before buying a plan.
