Ex-prisoners face 'mental health and substance crisis' The research tracked more than 8,000 people freed from Scottish prisons over four years.

It finds people released from 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 prisons were 8 times more likely to attend A&E due to substance use, and 5 times more likely to because of mental health, compared to those who aren't former prisoners. #CrimSky
