That's what sharpies are for! ๐
Also, I tell the company directly in public spaces. Both the company producing those products on the cheap as well as the hotel chain - this is dumb.
If anyone is asking, this is one of a never-ending chain of examples of bad UX (User Experience). #UXFail #CXFail
UNLIMITED $O delivery fees For your first 7 days on DoorDash, get UNLIMITED $0 delivery fees on any order. Enjoy all your eateries and grocery deliveries. Fees apply.
Here in sydney, Menulog has sadly closed, which was my preferred delivery platform because it worked quite well and wasnโt uber for uber
So I decided to look up alternatives and joined a few.
Unfortunately DoorDash has no fees for newbies but fees apply. ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Payment details Error symbol, Currently, there is no cart allocated to user, try again
Today's shitty Experience design, this is from Qantas Marketplace, when I selected Pay now.
First an unintelligible error, then a useless error.
That's after I received an SMS and email thanking me for my order. Now the page is stuck in a loading loop, as I "try again"

Slashdot: What's the reason OneDrive tells users this setting can only be turned off 3 times a year? (And are those any three times โ or does that mean three specific days, like Christmas, New Year's Day, etc.)
[Microsoft's publicist chose not to answer this question.]

- A captcha where you identify worm motions
- Submit won't work, not your fault, but you have to refresh and fill it out again
- a password it doesn't like but it won't tell you why
- a lack of logic in question

I know this isn't the most important thing in the world right now, but if you're an e-commerce site and you send me a post-purchase email with a giant button that says "Track My Order," I expect to be able to click it to track my order.

When a company emails โWe value your feedback,โ but the survey is 47 questions long.
Thatโs not feedback. Thatโs unpaid labour.

Another Substack issue, as with many platforms, is too many choices to manage. It just makes us want to unsubscribe all.

The one downside to the crashing & burning of the platform fka twitter is the lack of fast resolution to customer service issues.
A non-hypothetical example: when @lufthansa.bsky.social delivers only 1 of 2 missing bags and youโre left with no answers, no resolution, & no patience #cxfail ๐คฏ
