#Canadianisms - the word “tune” if said by a Canadian means physically knocking some sense into a person. I was interviewing this guy for a job and asked “if you saw a coworker stealing, what would you do?” Without hesitation he said “I’d friggin’ tune him one! Then I’d tell the boss.” I hired him.
