Today September 24 is World Cancer Research Day 🧫👩🏻🔬, and a week ago I participated as a volunteer for the @AmericanCancer Cancer Action Network #CancerLobbyDay.
I advocated for increase in cancer research funds alongside survivors and advocates.
Hundreds of cancer advocates gathered together last week during #CancerLobbyDay to send a powerful message to Congress: #CancerResearch funding is non-negotiable.
