Thinking more about my #GeorgeChevySaga, and I can't get past one thing. They admitted they rotated my tires on visit #1, then rotated them back to their original positions on visit #2. On the surface, it's just incompetence. But what if it's not?

But here's the best part. He admits IN WRITING: "We did rotate them...without taking into account that had been done 468 miles prior."
Translation: They confessed to undoing the original work. He's now offered his personal cell to schedule visit #3. The saga continues...

So, a detailed email has now been sent to both Service Managers and the dealership's General Manager. Three visits will be needed for one simple maintenance item. Let's see if management can fix this pattern of incompetence. The ball is in your court.
