Excerpt from a work-in-progress star map inspired by Star Trek. This map is made in association with several other people in the Tranquility Press fan fiction collective. The region focused on here is centred on coordinates supplied by HYGMap.space as follows: X= -35 lightyears Y= +60 lightyears Z= 0 lightyears Z-axis coverage is from +300 to -300 lightyears. Real states in the region include Wolf 476. Gliese 4.1, BK Piscium, FF Andromedae and many others. Proposed X-Y plane coordinates for Bajor and Cardassia are marked with blue dots.

This is still bugging me, so I'm asking around. I'm *still* trying to find real stars that fit the X-Y coordinates published and broadcast for #Bajor and #Cardassia and are on the same Z-axis "altitude". Details in the alt-text included.

Placing #Bajor and #Cardassia is giving me fits tonight. Not for the first time either. I just want to find X-Y placements that fit what's been published and broadcast/streamed.
