Though I liked parts of #JiaZhangke 's #CaughtbytheTides . I walked out on a last #screening, after about 40 or 50 min. In favor of a #poetry online event. Their just wasn't enought their for me. To make me miss it. It felt incredibly unfocused. But, can't completly say, It may not work for others?

Saw this at TIFF on our last day in Toronto. A really interesting film, with footage shot over twenty years. The music was a key part of tone and storytelling. Still thinking about how perfectly bookended were the first and last scenes. #CaughtByTheTides
