I paid for a car on 16 Feb. It was due on 22 Feb. The car had a fault. It was 'repaired' and rescheduled for 4 Mar. I drove it 5 miles before it broke down. I spent all afternoon trying (and failing) to get through to a human being at #Cazoo. The bot says someone will contact me in 4 working days.

I stress too much, how useless #Cazoo is.

NEVER buy a car from #Cazoo. What a f***ing disaster. Faulty car (I drove it for a total of 5 miles) and nobody on customer service.
