230 Nepean Street was built by 1906, the lot having stood undeveloped for decades after Nepean Street was laid out as Ottawa expanded post-Confederation. It was apparently part of same property as 226 Nepean before then.

152 Nepean St is another survivor surrounded by parking lots; all the homes around it have been demolished over decades. The two houses between 152 and 142 Nepean (which I just posted) were all demolished circa 2020.
