Across three sessions, participants shared concerns about hospital staffing, long waiting times, and the need for better-coordinated care.

While many welcomed technological advancements like virtual wards and shared medical records, they told us about the importance of personalised care. #ChangeNHS

The Government confirmed this week that the NHS will be shifting care from hospital to community. This policy can only be delivered on the Marsh with scaled up healthcare facilities - which we need urgently!

Something i'd love to see emerging from #ChangeNHS is that all NHS people have access to regular reflective space. We KNOW this is a core part of decent care & it'd help with job retention if we all had a space to think & feel supported. I'd be genuinely excited to see this as a top down commitment.

Thanks @kindnesshealthcare.bsky.social for a really vibrant conversation about responding meaningfully to #ChangeNHS- so it's not just another lifeless plan.

We need more emphasis on the RELATIONAL not just the rational, & to open up honest dialogue about other important tensions within healthcare.
