When January’s winter storm swept across the U.S., WCK teams mobilized to 7 states and Washington, D.C. From Texas to Maryland, we served nearly 190,000 meals, ensuring families had warm food as extreme cold, power outages, and dangerous conditions disrupted daily life. #ChefsForThePeople

When storms struck in March, the team at 'Locals Food Hub and Pizza Pub' in Frankfort, KY, sprang into action with the power of food. In partnership with WCK, they distributed hundreds of meals made with fresh produce to local families who had lost power, water, and their homes. #ChefsForThePeople
After the Green River flooded parts of Calhoun, KY, the crew at Juicy Butts BBQ wanted to do whatever they could to help their community. They quickly set up their truck at a local church and started serving up delicious barbecue to bring their neighbors some Southern comfort. #ChefsForThePeople
The widespread impact of Hurricane Helene was felt for months after landfall. WCK worked with restaurant partners & local organizations to serve +1.7M meals across 4 states.
