Oh no, what? The whole 'turn them into stick insects' is sickening. From humans to anime characters. You know #ChengLei has been altered? His sweet natural appearance can be seen in #AFamiliarStranger. Fans try to say weight loss, aging, make up, lighting. Rubbish. Much of what made #ZhaoLusi ill.

I've decided to watch #FollowYourHeart as the next step on my journey of watching #ChengLei dramas. I generally can't watch anything with #LuoYunxi BUT this is actually hilarious and I'm hooked so far.

Can I just say #PursuitofJade is FABULOUS. 🥰The best Cdrama to come along for some time. Wish #ChengLei could star in a production of this high value. Unpopular opinion: the series he has been given, despite strength of #AFamiliarStranger, are light on plot, character depth & gravitas.

In summary i mostly enjoyed watching despite some flaws. My favourite was #ChengLei portrayal of multilayered emperor, part tyrann-part loser in love 💕
Both FL & SFL were captivating. Another fav was Mr/Ms Bai. Other side character rather 2D, some eps esp. in 2. half dragging.
