Happy "Gotcha" Day #ChevyThePom 🎉 2 years ago today Sean and I went to look at Pomeranian puppies. They also had an adult Pom available. After meeting the puppies and the adult, Sean said, "We're not leaving that dog here" about the adult. He was living outside under a carport in an ex-pen. His fur was SO matted and OMD he reeked something awful.🤢 He lived in his own filth, so his fur smelled like urine and feces.🤮 We brought him home and named him Chevy. We couldn't untangle his mats, so we shaved him. These days he gets groomed every 6 weeks and seems to enjoy his shorter coat. Today he's my happy, healthy goofy little buddy🤗🫶🏻 I can't imagine life without him!❤️

#ChevyThePom had a vet visit yesterday. He has Collapsing Trachea, enlarged heart and a host of other health issues. His coughing has gotten worse so we're trying a new medication. Fingers crossed it works.
