Made #ChickenKatsu according to the recipe by JustOneCookbook.com. Was very easy to do and turned out absolutely delicious. My only issue was that my oil got to 195*C (instead of the desired 170*) & I could not bring it down. Maybe next time. 😋🍗
Chicken katsu is a versatile dish that you can make into pretty much anything! Enjoy it with rice, on donburi, in a sandwich, with curry... the list goes on!
