Made these Vegan Chile Rellenos. Blended some pintos & potatoes that I had roasted. Then I roasted the peppers in the oven until charred. Peeled them then stuffed with the filling, fresh corn, a bit of Daiya cheeze. Put back in oven until melty 😋 #Vegan #VeganFood #ChileRellenos #VeggiesRock !!
