Die Hard was watched as part of #ChristmasMovieNight. It was the agreed antidote to Love Actually & I was the one that year who hadn't seen it (the fundamental rule of Xmas movie night - someone has to have not seen the film).

This is the ultimate arbiter. So it categorically is a Christmas film.
