A round wooden disc painted with a stylized white skull against the natural wood grain background. The skull has large black eye sockets with small, bright magenta pupils, a black triangular nose cavity, and a full set of white teeth. A faint blue shadow accents one side of the jaw. A small hole is drilled near the top edge.
