This week I’m going to be (hopefully) repairing a soundboard crack in an old Zuckermann King of Sweden #clavichord. I’ve never done something like this but I’m eager to get it working so we’ll see how it goes!

The really very cool thing about this is that the #harpsichord was a relatively new instrument when these compositions were made. Until then, the only real 'performance clavier' was the organ, as the older virginals and #clavichord were home instruments for practice. #ByrdRawks
