And also it’s really poor that central government is interfering here - it’s completely appropriate that local government should be have the powers to bring in #CongestionCharging or #CleanAirZones as they see fit.

With a bit of help from @ClientEarth, I have worked out what's going on with the rollout of #cleanairzones. Though the Supreme Court ordered "immediate action" on #airquality in 2015, not much has happened on the ground yet. But 2021 should be different....
