Back from dietician. The whole 3 year #coeliac rigmarole recounted to another NHS employee just indicates how nothing’s joined up. It was very thorough and she was lovely and questions I had were answered but didn’t move things on. Let’s see what the gastroenterologist has to say in a few weeks.

Today I learned: Japanese airport security requires that I carry a doctor's letter prescribing the tin of baked beans I travel with (my emergency Coeliac-safe backup meal).

Agreed. In my case I would have to be careful what they put with it to stop it sticking together. If it was processed with wheat flour, and having #Coeliac Disease, this would be deadly for me.
