Despite some losses, they continue the Soviet breakthrough, racing towards the Leine River bridges and force the withdrawal of the QRIH.

With the 231st Guards Tank Battalion decisively committed around Lardmünchen, and the increasingly congested roads around and through the hamlet restricting their combat effectiveness, C Sqn, QRIH continues to grind forward reaping a terrible toll on the Soviet armour.
