Yeah, I would say start getting #colonoscopies if you haven't already (I don't know if you're at 45 yet), but beyond that you don't have to change your exercise habits. I got mine early, at age 38, cuz I had (and still have) #irondeficiency #anemia, and wanted to rule out badness.
