a photo of my rose garden bed, which is 2 feet deep by 6 feet wide. It has 3 rose bushes growing on a trellis, and there are multicolor pansies, violas, sweet alyssum, and thyme planted around the roses. The soil is covered in pine bark mulch.

It might not look like much yet, but I finished planting up my rose bed for spring! 🤩💐💜 Now if my weeds and leaves would disappear, I'd be all set 😆 I also need to restain and seal the flower box at some point... much to do! #roses #pansies #violas #alyssum #thyme #coloradogardening #bloomscrolling

#gardeningfeed seed starting tips: I reuse solo cups and aluminum pans each year. My mix is seed starter (I try to find peat free but it’s hard), grit, mushroom compost, vermiculite. Plant seeds and wait! #princessmarciekitten decided once again to do quality control

I officially have 5 baby peppers growing in the office in a hydroponic set up 💪🏻

There’s a lot more flowers that I’m hand pollinating every day so I’m hopeful for a good harvest soon!
