A female red fox (vixen) is the central focus of this portrait orientation photograph. It’s a close-up image shot with a 100-400mm telephoto zoom lens, filling the frame with the fox and her immediate surroundings. She’s looking directly at the viewer with an alert gaze, her pink tongue is visible as she licks her nose. She’s just been drinking from one of her many watering holes around her territory, although this hole is part way up a mature tree in a hollow left from a lost bough! She has the characteristic reddish-orange fur on her back, legs, and ears, with grey, black, and white markings on her face, chest, and legs. A small white patch in the centre of her chest is just about visible. From the front this marking is a diamond star shape, identifying this individual as one year old Star. The background and foreground are dominated by the rough textured bark of the tree. Sprigs of fresh green leaves and small branches are scattered throughout the frame, adding a touch of vibrant Spring colour against the earthy tones of the tree bark and fox fur. You might also notice that Star is lactating! She’s now a mother and has cleverly hidden her very young kits well away from all prying eyes.

#ComicRelief and indeed #ChildrenInNeed have gone absolutely shite! It's like they've given up trying to come up with original ideas, sketches, talent and even the hosts are useless career TV bores & the usual ones! The sketches aren't funny or even imaginative, we could come up with better....
What the hell has happened to the UK? At one time you'd see people dressed up, collecting and getting involved in things like tonight's #ComicRelief and others like #ChildrenInNeed etc but now you see nobody collecting or getting involved. We donated though we have little but I've got to say.....
That is how I liked #ComicRelief - different hosts every hour and many of them not regulr live TV hosts. Indeed although very much slimed down both Nan and Nick Mohammed lifted tonights show.
Honestly, that was the worst #ComicRelief show I can remember. Balance all wrong with too many appeal films, with nowhere near enough actual comedy stuff. Very little chemistry between the hosts. Felt thrown together. Very poor.

I see #ComicRelief Red Nose Day are promoting Refuge, a misandrist organisation, and only female victims. Males are at least 40% of DV victims, and 70% of non-reciprocal violence is perpetrated by females.
Probably one of the better #ComicRelief Lite telethons but ending at 10 and airing every year really hurts that total - £30m feels unimpressive.
Good idea in theory to simulcast on YouTube but those viewing didn't top 300.
