#Consent Decision Rates (how many of those who see #ConsentManager actually take a Consent Decision) can also be a great indicator only for spammy campaigns. Some Display and Social campaigns here have Decision Rates of 5% & less, so it is likely that those are mostly #Bots and fat-finger clicks.
