These #POPstars should also ask that these new independents should declare themselves members of the #ConstitutionalConservativeCaucus. This way they can differentiate themselves from the maniacal and complicit GOP 1.0.

And as a clinching inducement, I think the first 6 that commit to defecting should be granted a committee chair in the new blue House.
