Trump believes his relationships with with country's leaders is integral to Nat.l Sec. and not accepting emoluments would be deleterious to Nat. Sec.. That's it, that is all. Continuing to interpret the constitution without regard to SCOTUS's 2024 UET changes to Article 2 is #ConstitutionalDenialism
Not lately. In 2024 SCOTUS saw to it that the old timey constitution that didn't mean what it said is dead. The new Roberts/Barr UET constitution has taken it's place. Everything Trump is doing is constitutional, to claim otherwise is #ConstitutionalDenialism and shows folks don't know what hit them
They need to know that the old timey constitution that didn't mean what it said is gone, it was replaced by the new Roberts Barr UET constitution. The new UET constitution lifts only Trump. Having said that let me introduce #ConstitutionalDenialism as a malady we're stuck with till the smoke clears.
I call that #ConstitutionalDenialism . Who's going to pay them to fight a case in front of SCOTUS that's dead in the water ahead of time? They must instill hope. The celebrity lawyers, when asked about UET said it was too far fetched to be concerned about, was never going to happen.
