Seating area set under the floor which all face inward with stairs going into the Conversation Pit. It was popular decades ago.
The Conversion Pit is an interior design that I hope makes a comeback. It was popular before the living room became dominated by the TV. Now that people are on their phones and other devices maybe this can fit into modern lifestyles.
