Vegetarian, easily brought together in a food processor, and crisped up in the oven nicely. I served thm with cucumber salad, hummus, pita, and a simple rice pilaf - excellent dinner.

10 small brown and green crispy falafels on a white plate

Made Crispy Falafel from cookieandkate.com/crispy-falafel-recipe for dinner the other night. I cooked them a minute or two longer than I should have so they came out slightly drier than ideal BUT they were very tasty. Excellent spicing.

with walnuts and apples in it. Partner liked it. Kiddo's grandma said might be better w/tomatoes. Kiddo decided they hate lentils now. Even with ketchup. My vote: too finicky and time consuming for the results.
