Some thoughts I have about the Loss and Damage fund that’s in the news now at #COP28Dubai, & then I’ll shut up about it for a while:
1) Likely to be paltry tokenistic amounts. Even then, will dry up as climate change starts to dent Global North economies, i.e. won’t last long.
