Nice set of colors, but still do not like that the colors aren't poured into pans, just chunks rattling around till you've used them enough to melt them down.

I’m starting with the basic #Cotman 20 tube kit as well as a palette of 17 different professional “landscape” #pigments. Just built the palates yesterday and created my first swatch kit on my #Arches cold press paper.

A fat little yellow and black bumblebee sits on a bunch of purple/pink flowers with bright orange centers. It’s a white-tailed bumblebee so his bottom is off-white. His wings are tucked up onto his back and shimmer in the light.

Bumble - colored pencil (Luminance, Lightfast and Polychromos) and Cotman metallic watercolor paint on Grafix drafting film.

The wings shimmer in the light ☺️
