I can see why we start Abx, and then don’t stop them… it all goes back to the stupid, Bayesian-illiterate, clinically irresponsible mantra of #CouldItBeSepsis?

As long as the answer is “well, technically, yes it COULD be” then so docs will play safe, as “missing sepsis” is now an unforgivable sin.
