When you outsource to companies like Capita you are actually outsourcing labour to individuals, NGOs, local authorities, etc. All the people who will have to pick up the pieces left by Capita when they squeezed a service for personal profit and so made that service far less useful. #Crapita #Capita

40 minutes on hold and I have to print a form fill it in post it and wait ‘up to 20 working days’ till I can see my statement and start to fill in another form
