An Aud bit of crocheting advice: weave in loose ends as you go! Some people may prefer to weave in loose ends after they've finished crocheting their project (I have also done this) and that's fine! However, if you have a project with many loose ends from repeated color/yarn changes, it may be nice to weave in the ends as you go. That way, you don't have dozens of pieces of yarn to weave in when you finally finish crocheting your project!

That way, if you are unhappy with how one piece looks, you can redo it without having to worry about cutting stitches and messing with the rest of your project. I also find this helps me work more quickly and efficiently.

Are you able to redo the part where you made the goof? How far back is the goof? If it's really far back in your project, is it worth starting over from scratch? Don't be daunted at the idea of restarting if you feel it's necessary. You might find that some goofs are best left alone, and that's OK too. You're the artist, and you get to decide what you want your final piece to be.
