It’s been two days since we left Gurkie home alone, and I’ll admit we haven’t missed him too much. 😅
He’s got some basic watering systems in place. I’m hoping they’ll hold up over the next two weeks while we’re away on vacation. 🤞

Nature usually sends in bees for the job, but apparently, you can hand-pollinate with a brush or a cotton swab.

So now I have to figure out what kind of flower we’ve got and when both show up so I can (somehow) play flower matchmaker.
