I went to an online evening retreat recently for mums who parented thru covid. Wow. It was heavy, healing & harrowing. I realised how lucky I was to have #SpacesForListening & similar (eg #CultivatingCommunity) to be alongside ppl thru what was traumatic for some, if not all. It let me process 1/2
