90 years ago today, New Fun Comics #1 was published. This would become the first comic book title published by the company that would become DC.
With that, a grand legacy of heroes, villains, and stories was born, and the world was never the same again.

I think it looks pretty cool! I'll look forward to more makeshift #DC90 logos as much as the #WB100 logos you did last year.

I am really curious about how DC is going to celebrate its 90th anniversary, and as I said earlier, they're likely going to have a banger of a logo to mark it. I've been having fun with this makeshift #DC90 logo and just want to show off some of what I've been doing with it. It's unofficial, folks.
DC 90 - Green Lantern: The Animated Series A glowing lime-green abstract 90 with the DC bullet logo in the 9 with the animated Hal Jordan raising his fist within the 0 with the words "Celebrating Every Story" beneath it.
Yeah... I'm... I'm going to have fun with this project. #DC90
Yeah, I'm incorporating the "Celebrating Every Story" from Warner Bros' 100th Anniversary.
Because I think I did more of that than they did with it with my #WB100 Project pieces.
A fan-made logo with an abstract 90 in the DC bullet logo, and the words Celebrating Every Story beneath it in a "true blue" hue. Inside of the circle are silhouettes of the DC Trinity (from clockwise, Superman - Red, Batman - Dark Blue, Wonder Woman - Yellow)
Sensational heroes. Iconic detectives. And a whole lot of action. Founded in fall 1934 & its first comic released in 1935, DC Comics is about to celebrate its 90th anniversary.
Trendsetters. Pioneers. The home of legends. And yeah, every story should be celebrated. I hope they do it justice. #DC90
