The beauty of #DCWharf is its public space. So the “crime” here, so far as anyone can say, seems to be… “descending”? Maybe not a crime if they’d been adults. And White.

I was there shortly before these arrests. The evening’s most alarming *descent* was ~35 swarming, shrieking DC police vehicles.
