Rox, a changeling vampire, bites Johnny in the shoulder while clawing at his chest. Rox is in his pale changeling form. Johnny has his long hair down and is quite hairy. He looks concerned and regretful, while Johnny is having a great time, but is wincing. The sexual tension is palpable, probably because they are both naked.

Art from 2021/2022 that also predicted Rox becoming a vampire. He did not become the new dark lord of Barovia though. Pity.
