#DSMZCellDive now includes metabolic pathways from #BRENDA 🧪 associated with human enzyme encoding genes. To visualize expression in specific cell lines, genes can now be selected by pathway.

CellDive now contains RNA-seq data 🧬🖥️ for retinomablastoma and neuroblastoma cell lines and shows the cell lines with highest expression 📈 for each gene. Genes are now also linked to @brenda-enzymes.bsky.social 🧪 data.
