A newborn Dandelion Daemon forged of stardust, fire, light... she sits like a prism against a black background. Through her heart, a rainbow shines. It reads: We are born of stardust... forged in fire and light.
This is the first image.
The words, "Too numerous to silence" sit against a pointilest background of white, gold, blue. It represents the radiating light of stars, both new and old; it also represents the Ukrainian flag; and it represents the countless voices of American people who stand together against Trump and his politics.
Image 3. The words, "Let your light shine!" Stand out against a close up of the several points of light from the last picture.
Image four, final. A dark blue background shares the final image of the full-grown Dandelion Daemon from the first image. She is winged, wearing a draping white robe, and her horns are points that match the Statue of Liberty. She is a similar green/teal, and her ears are long, draped back, and "notched" like the sails of ships that brought the first immigrants to the new world. She holds high a great flame, and the poem, 'The New Colossus', is written all about her: Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
“Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she
With silent lips. “Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”
- Emma Lazarus, 1883
