I’ve just spent the better part of an hour trying to explain to 3 different robots what my particular situation (that only a human could help with) was. Somehow they’ve taught bots to speak condescendingly & passive-aggressively to customers before abruptly hanging up on them. #fedex #davidsteiner

After #SCOTUS ruled PA's 2020 postmarks not only had to be dated by 8pm election day,

But may only be counted within 3 days of same. 👀
