The stark highway lights blur as we rush by, the road smooth and wide and empty, the stationary moon tracking our progress. Windows down, the cool air of deep night swirls around us, its sound mingling with the rumble of our wheels speeding along the tarmac. Content to soak in the moment and the rhythms thundering from the speaker, we make no sound of our own, simply taking in the thick and perfect atmosphere. With another memory of night rendered in the light of day, here’s some more (US) morning mellow.
