This semester, HWCDSB students partnered with Local 18 Carpenter’s Union, learning to build and to serve. 🌱✝️ Their final project - planters for #DeMazenodFarm - will grow food for those in need. Today, Fr. Tony blessed them with the students who built them standing proudly by. 🙌 #StewardsOfCreation
It’s heartbreaking news for me personally. 💔 As shared in last weekend’s bulletin @stpatshamilton.bsky.social , #DeMazenodDoor Outreach Board has decided to refocus on #DeMazenodFarm agriculture rather than animal care. They will rehomed our large animals so our team can fully focus on farming.

Spending time with the animals at #DeMazenodFarm has been a source of relaxation and reflection. These moments offered valuable life lessons - some joyful, as animals were born, and others heartbreaking 💔 , like saying goodbye to Molly🐑, our Easter “poster child” lamb.
Christmas Day at the #DeMazenodFarm: Polish tradition says animals talk on Christmas Eve. Visited them today. The chickens clucked, the goats bleated, and the donkeys brayed - “Merry Christmas to all!” 🎄
During today’s school Mass, we imagined the animals at the manger: joyful donkeys, cozy sheep, and maybe a goat on quality control. Each brought their own gifts. What unique gifts will you bring to the manger this Christmas? 🎄
