Some of us traveled to visit climate activist extraordinaire Donald Zepeda recently. He'll be there 2 more months before he may be moved, and he's only had 2 visits this year.

He wants us to keep organizing & taking action to keep the pressure and media on our urgent plight.

Courts response is they cannot give guidance for that along with a reiteration that the jury must agree unanimously that one or more of the alleged actions took place.

The final witness for the prosecution in the #ClimateTrial was a DC police officer who has worked as presidential escort for 9 years and had responded to one of the #DeclareEmergency traffic blockades during the April 2023 week of action.
