Is it a policy of the BBC to never refer to the folks crossing the Channel (& even losing their lives) as PEOPLE? Just listened to a Radio 4 news piece that managed to call them migrants 4 or 5 times (even when it sounded odd & repetitive)..never called them people though 🤔 #dehumanised 🤢
I know now that the many labels which #dehumanised me & “symptoms” labelled as “maladaptive” were pretty genius! They helped me #survive. I was never the problem. What #happened was. Those labels nearly cost me my life!!
